The core of wooden furniture maintenance is to control temperature and humidity, prevent damage, and maintain regularly, which is suitable for most solid wood (such as oak, walnut, pine, etc.), and the method is simple and easy to operate, divided into 4 categories of key points:

Daily protection and damage prevention: avoid dragging objects (pads on anti-slip mats), do not put hot / sharp objects (use thermal insulation pads, soft cloths), use soft rags for cleaning (avoid wire balls), anti-scratch, anti-scalding, anti-scalding, anti-engraving;
Temperature and humidity control and deformation and cracking: Humidity is maintained at 40%-60% (humidifier for drying, damp and ventilated), away from heating/air conditioning outlets, direct sunlight, to prevent wood from drying, shrinking, dampness, and swelling;
Regular maintenance and texture: Apply natural wood wax oil / solid wood maintenance oil (avoid cooking oil) every 3-6 months, wipe the ash first and then apply oil evenly, wipe off the oil slick after 10 minutes to maintain the toughness of the wood;
Quick treatment of stains/scratches: Wipe stubborn stains with a neutral dish soap damp rag (avoid strong acids and alkalis), use fine sandpaper to lightly grind along the texture for shallow scratches and replenish oil, and wipe with white vinegar water for slight mold and dry.
